Wholesale Information Information We have a great wholesale program for customers who want to resell our items. This can be for customers who want to resell our items as-is or for customers who want to use our items to make products to resell. Our wholesale prices are much lower than our retail prices. Discounts range from 30%-70% lower than our already low retail prices. The only difference is that some items may require larger quantities purchases. We mainly focus are supply line around carrying craft and party supplies for weddings, quinceaneras, baby showers, baptisms and communions. Requirements You must be a licensed business by the state and city you are doing business in. Your business must be in a similar field such as ours. You may not purchase wholesale from us if you intend on using products for personal use or do not intend to resell our products. Doing so is against the law and is punishable by fine and imprisonment. If you are a business that needs our items for personal use and do not intend on selling our products, please purchase retail from us. We will need the following information from you when apply for a wholesale account with us: Business Name: Business Address: Business Phone #: Contact Phone #: Email Address: Your Name: Your Position in Company: How Long You Have Been In Business: Sellers Permit #: State In Which Permit Is Registered To: How You Intend To Use Our Products: We do have a minimum initial purchase of $200 or more. Orders thereafter has a minimum order of $100 or more. *Please email this information to: sales@downtowncrafts.com attention: wholesale department Our wholesale website is located not on this website but at: http://www.downtowncraftsws.com. It is a password protected site. After we have reviewed and approved your application, we will send you the user name and password you will need to access the site. Time Frame We respond to wholesale requests within 24hrs. Shipping Costs This is very important. Please read. When you place your order off our site, shipping costs will be at $0. We do not input the shipping price until we actually have filled your order, boxed, measured, and weighed it. We need to do this to get the EXACT shipping costs and this is the cost we charge you. We charge you exact shipping costs with no handling fee. We must do this because we profit very little of wholesale orders and something as simple as not getting the shipping price exact can cause us to lose money on the transaction. You will receive your shipping price with your shipping confirmation email. We understand it is difficult to order without knowing what shipping is but we will only charge you exactly what we get charged. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to pay all freight costs we incur. Forms of Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order/Cashiers Check and COD (money order, cashiers check only). For COD payments – We do not recommend this but many of our customers have requested it. There is an additional $9 charge per box for COD payments. If you are a recurring and trustworthy customer, we will only charge $9 for a total shipment regardless of box number. |
